This Shipping Information page explains shipping fees, timelines, and delivery expectations for purchases made on ph-aesthetics. We aim to keep shipping predictable and transparent.

1) Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • United States only (all 50 states, including Alaska & Hawaii)

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.


2) Shipping Cost

We use a simple, predictable fee model:

  • Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 per order

This fee is displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

Notes:

  • Flat rate applies per order (not per item) unless otherwise shown at checkout.

  • If a promotion modifies shipping fees, the checkout total will reflect it automatically.


3) Taxes

  • Sales Tax: 0%
    We do not charge sales tax through this store.

(If your bank/payment provider adds its own fees, that’s between you and them.)


4) Order Cut-Off Time

  • Daily order cut-off: 2:00 PM (PT)

How it works:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT start processing the same day (when possible).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT start processing the next business day.


5) Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

After your order is placed, we need time to prepare it for shipment:

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days

Handling includes: order verification, packing, and dispatching to the carrier.

You will receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email right after checkout

  • Shipping Confirmation Email with tracking number once your package leaves our facility


6) Shipping Transit Time (Delivery Time After Dispatch)

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Transit time: 9–11 business days

Transit time is counted from the day the carrier receives the package and begins moving it.


7) Total Delivery Time (End-to-End)

Total expected delivery window is:

  • Typically 10–12 business days

This total includes:

  • 1–3 business days handling

  • plus 9–11 business days transit

Delivery timing can vary depending on: destination, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and peak-season volume.


8) Carriers

We may ship using: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent regional carriers.
Carrier selection is based on destination, speed, and reliability.


9) Tracking Updates

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created (carrier scan delay is normal).

  • If tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll check it.


10) Address Rules (Very Important)

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout, including:

  • Full name

  • Street address + apartment/unit number (if applicable)

  • City, state, ZIP code

If an order is returned due to an invalid/insufficient address:

  • We may require an updated address before reshipment

  • Reshipping may require paying a new shipping fee


11) Delivery Issues (Lost / Stolen / Returned)

Delivered but not received:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, building staff/mailroom.

  • Contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

  • Then email us and we’ll assist with the available shipping details.

Returned to sender:

  • If returned due to address issues or delivery refusal, we can reship after confirmation.

  • Reshipping may require an additional fee.

Lost in transit:

  • If the carrier confirms a shipment is lost, we will work with you on the next steps according to our store policies.
