Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, and order issues are handled on ph-aesthetics.


1) Overview

We want your order to arrive correctly and in good condition. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right based on the rules below. This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website.


2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must generally meet these conditions:

  • Returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition

  • Returned with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking delivery date)

If an item shows signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing components, a refund may be reduced or denied.


3) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund (unless they arrive damaged/incorrect):

  • Final sale / clearance items (if clearly marked at checkout)

  • Personalized or custom-made products (if applicable)

  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

If a product page states special return rules, those rules will apply.


4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos (item + packaging + shipping label if possible)

  • Short description of the issue

If approved, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit (only if you prefer it)


5) How to Request a Return

To start a return request, email us with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the issue involves damage/defect/wrong item

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.


6) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, confirmed defect, shipping damage), we will cover return shipping (or provide an alternative solution).

  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, wrong size chosen, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (flat-rate shipping) are not refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.


7) Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved and received/inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank/payment provider


8) Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be canceled/changed only if they have not entered processing.

  • Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible.

If you need to change something, contact us immediately after placing the order.


9) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback/dispute without contacting us first, it may delay resolution. We’re happy to help fix legitimate order issues directly whenever possible.
