4) Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address

  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or California if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party


5) Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, we may terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
